Delivery

Please note all orders are posted same or next day, except weekends.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Mail and will not be tracked nor signed for.

If you have not received your product within a week of ordering, please email sam@pineapplebarn.com 

One of our aims at Pineapple Barn is to stock and sell items that where possible can be posted through a standard size letter box, helping you avoid queues at your local post office to retrieve any undelivered items! However there will be the odd product which will not be able to fit through your letter box. 

How to return or exchange a product

Please notify us within 14 days if you want to return or exchange an item and let us know the reason for the return or exchange.

To notify us, please email sam@pineapplebarn.com and we will confirm where to send your returned item.

Returns

Please package the item and send it back to the address we give you.

Please do not send your product back to the supplier / manufacturer.

When returning product, items must be unused, in a perfect resalable condition and should be wrapped securely using the original / same packaging they were received in, or in appropriate packaging to ensure the goods arrive with us in their original condition. We recommend a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and if all is in good order, we will refund the item onto your payment card (although we will not refund shipping). 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email sam@pineapplebarn.com and we will confirm the address where to send your item.

Shipping costs

In the case of returns and exchanges, please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
